About Agrexa
We were the operators before we built the operating system.
Agrexa was born inside a 3,400-farmer cocoa cooperative in 2023. We tried every existing platform, and none of them survived contact with the field. So we built our own — and then opened it up to every aggregator with the same problem.
Our mission
Make every African supply chain bankable.
$230 billion of African agri value moves through aggregators, cooperatives, and traders every year — and most of it on paper. The platforms farmers and operators get are built for someone else's problems. We're here to fix that.
When data flows, capital flows. When capital flows, farmers earn more. That's the whole loop. Everything we ship serves it.

Our founders ran a real cooperative. Every product decision is shaped by people who have been on a 2G phone in the field at 6am.

Offline-first, USSD-first, mobile-money-first. Generic global platforms assume the wrong infrastructure and lose the field.

Banks don’t finance trust. They finance receipts, ledgers, and repayment cohorts. We turn invisible season data into bankable assets.

Ship to the field, not the boardroom.
If it doesn’t survive a power-cut at the gate of a remote collection point, it doesn’t ship. We test every release in the deep field before main.
Farmer trust is the moat.
If a farmer doesn’t see fairness and clarity in every SMS we send, the whole platform collapses. Disclosure beats opacity, always.
Bias toward decisions in hours, not quarters.
When data is fresh, action is cheap. We obsess over latency from event to dashboard so operators can react inside one delivery cycle.
Money in farmer pockets is the only outcome.
Side-selling reduced, credit recovered, payouts cleared — these are inputs. The output is more money, faster, in farmer pockets. We ship to that.
Open standards, no lock-in.
Your data exports cleanly. Our API is documented. We earn renewals every season by being indispensable, not by holding your ledger hostage.

We refuse to be the everything-store. We do six things to a level no general ERP can match — and we say no to the seventh, every time.
